Join us in spreading the mission and earning commissions by promoting The Patriots Legacy. Please read and agree to the following terms before joining our affiliate program.

1. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

All affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including but not limited to:

• Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules and endorsement guidelines
• CAN-SPAM and anti-spam laws
• Consumer protection and advertising laws in your jurisdiction

2. Permitted Uses & Creative Assets

Affiliates are allowed to use the creative assets we provide (banners, email templates, social media graphics, videos) solely for promoting The Patriots Legacy.

You may adapt or resize assets for your marketing channels as long as you do not change their meaning, misrepresent the product, or create confusion.

Use of trademarks, logos, imagery, or brand names outside provided assets requires prior written approval from our team.

3. Prohibited Advertising Methods

• Use misleading, false, or unsubstantiated claims about our products.
• Imply endorsement by any public official or public office without written consent.
• Bid on trademarked terms (e.g., site name, product name) in paid search campaigns unless specifically allowed.
• Publish false endorsements, fabricated user stories, or before/after photos not approved by us.
• Use our creative assets in contexts promoting hate speech, violence, illegal activity, or otherwise offensive content.
• Create websites, apps, or social media profiles that misrepresent themselves as the official site (unless clearly marked as “Review,” “Affiliate,” etc.).
• Offer cash rebates, gift cards, or third-party incentives that alter or redirect the normal purchase flow without our express permission.

4. Intellectual Property & License

All trademarks, logos, images, videos, and other brand assets are owned by The Patriots Legacy.

Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets only for promotional purposes under these terms.

You may not claim ownership, sell, or sublicense the materials or use them in unauthorized contexts.

5. Tracking, Orders & Affiliate Links

All sales must be tracked through the affiliate system and your unique affiliate link.

Attempts to manipulate tracking (e.g., link hijacking, cookie stuffing, redirecting tracking parameters) will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Commissions are only paid on qualifying orders (i.e. not refunded, not fraudulent).

6. Commission & Payments

• The standard commission rate is 65%.
• A minimum threshold of $50 is required before a payout.
• Payments are issued on a scheduled basis (e.g., monthly), subject to review for refunds or chargebacks.
• We reserve the right to withhold or adjust commission payments in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or non-compliance.

7. Bonus Offers & Incentives

Affiliates may not offer additional bonuses, cash rebates, or third-party incentives that bypass or alter the customer’s purchase experience without explicit written approval.

Any promotional contests or giveaways involving our products must be approved in writing in advance.

8. Prohibited Platforms & Behaviors

• Mass unsolicited emails (spam) — always adhere to anti-spam laws and include proper disclosures.
• Using false or misleading product representations.
• Republishing full sales pages or videos on your own domain in a way that conceals the origin or misleads visitors.
• Running ads or promotions that misrepresent your affiliation or our product.

9. Termination

Violation of any of these terms will lead to immediate termination of your affiliate status, closure of your account, and possible forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the affiliate program or any individual affiliate at our discretion.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
